How long will it take to ship my order?
All David Dan jewelry are handmade
to order and may take 2-4 weeks to be prepared for shipment. If the product is in stock and ready for delivery it usually takes 3-5 business days. If the product is completed before the expected delivery date, it will ship when ready. You will be notified via email when your order ships. How long does shipping take?
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order.
Domestic orders
For orders within the US, shipping normally takes 3-5 business days. As soon as your order ships, you can track it through your shipping confirmation email.
International orders

Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
Sales tax is charged to orders shipped within California only, at the local tax rate. Orders shipped domestically outside of California are exempt from sales tax.

Yes, all orders are insured and secure. Our deliveries are sent securely insured at their full value to protect your merchandise via a UPS , DHL or FedEx premium service and will require a signature on delivery.

Where do you ship?
All international orders are subject to shipping taxes, customs, duties, and fees based upon the destination country and the item(s) ordered. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees. Applicable duties, taxes and fees will be collected at the time of delivery.
We currently have a very concise list of countries that we ship to outside of the United States. Once you have placed your order a representative will contact you for confirmation.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order. Or, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales on daviddanjewelry.com are finals. All our jewelry are handmade to order by our artisans who dedicate themselves to deliver you the best jewel. However there are certain exemptions to this, feel free to contact us at contact@daviddanjewelry.com to discuss your particular situation.
If you purchased an item from an outside retailer or different
platform, and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original place of purchase. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from the website daviddanjewelry.com
